At Aura LDN, we take pride in the quality of our products and your satisfaction is important to us. This policy explains how we handle returns and refunds for physical products only.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We only accept returns and offer refunds for items that arrive damaged or faulty.
To be eligible:

You must report the issue within 7 days of delivery.

The item must be unused and returned in its original packaging.
Returns and refunds are not accepted for:

Damage caused by improper use
Please note that our atomisers are crafted using natural bamboo. As bamboo is a natural material, variations in colour, grain, and texture are normal and make each product unique. These natural variations are not considered defects.
2. How to Request a Return or Refund

Clear photos showing the damage or defect

We aim to assess all claims and respond within 2 working days.
3. Return Shipping
If your return is approved:

You must return the item to us within 14 days of approval.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Aura LDN cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Refunds may take up to 7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
If the returned item does not meet the requirements of this policy, we reserve the right to refuse the refund.
5. Replacements
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, we may offer a replacement at our discretion, subject to stock availability.
